Este obradoiro de lectura interxeracional aborda os medos infantís (especialmente os nocturnos). Os participantes de menor idade poderán descubrir que os adultos, cando eran pequenos, tamén tiveron medo do coco, do lobo, dos monstros e dos fantasmas e aprenderán distintas formas de superar eses temores. Por outro lado, os adultos rememorarán eses medos e amosarán aos pequenos como os afrontaron e superaron.

Selección de lecturas

A pesar de que o este obradoiro integra a participantes de seis anos en adiante, a selección que se presenta a continuación inclúe libros para nenos menores esta idade xa que neles se evocan moitos dos medos que sentimos todos na nosa infancia.

Entre as lecturas escollidas para traballar figuran as seguintes:

Bona nox, de Jutte Bauer. Lóguez. Este libro toma su título dunha canción infantil composta por Mozart. Acompañados desta melodía, veremos cal é o medo da pequeña Lotte e como o afronta:

Analizaremos as diferentes representacións dos medos a través das ilustracións de varios libros. Propoñemos, entre outros, os siguientes títulos:

. Un pesadelo no meu armario, de Mercer Mayer. Kalandraka

. A min non me comas!, de Vitali Konstantinov. OQO

. A bruxa regañadentes, de Tina Meroto. OQO

Dramatizaremos o libro ¡Scric, scrac, bibib, blub!, de Kitty Crowther. Corimbo.

A onomatopeia que dá título ao libro nos permitirá xogar cos sons. Todos os asistentes participarán na súa lectura.

Proposta de dinamización

Os participantes escribirán nun anaco de cartulina de cor negra un medo (os niños aquel que os atemorice agora e os adultos aqueles que tiveron na súa infancia). Todos eses temores introduciranse nun saco.

Por outro lado, depositaranse nunha caixa as "armas secretas" para vencer eses medos: unha espada de goma-espuma, unha lanterna, unha manta, unha lámpada con luces de colores, etc.

Os máis pequenos extraerán ao azar cinco "medos", aos que se lles asignará un número e os colgarán nun taboleiro cun fondo de cor laranxa. En caso de que algún dos temores se repita, se extraerá un novo papel ata que los cinco sexan diferentes.

O dinamizador da actividade preguntará aos participantes quen ten ou tivo medo do "medo número 1". Aqueles que non alcen a man terán que escoller un arma secreta da caixa e aportar calquera idea que se lles ocorra para que os que teñen ese medo o superen. O dinamizador irá anotando arredor da cartulina negra que contén o "medo número 1" as solucións aportadas polos asistentes. Cada solución se enmarcará cun círculo e se unirá ao medo mediante unha frecha. Esta mesma operación se repetirá para os catro medos restantes.

En caso de que unha solución sirva para varios medos farase partir desta unha frecha cara a cada cartulina negra. Finalmente obteremos un "mapa dos medos superados".

A continuación, crearanse varios grupos de idades diferentes. A partir das solucións que aportadas e que están visibles para todos no mapa, cada grupo elixirá unha delas e elaborará un prospecto médico. Para a súa confección se entregará unha ficha que conterá os campos básicos (indicacións, posoloxía, contraindicacións...) aos que poderán engadir calquera outro que se lles ocorra. Exemplo: Prospecto para o uso da espada de gomaespuma

Os prospectos exporanse na sala infantil xunto coas armas secretas e os libros con historias que axuden a superar os medos. Os prospectos e a bibliografía recomendada tamén estarán dispoñibles no mostrador desa sala para que os pais poidan levarse o “prospecto” e o libro que consideren máis convenientes para que o niño venza os seus medos.
